The Annual 2016 AFI Fest

The American Film Institute is once again hosting the AFI Fest. At this annual event, movie makers from around the world will have their movies showcased to viewers like you. At the AFI Fest, see what storytellers from here and abroad have in store for you. In addition to feature length films, there are also short films, as well as world premieres as well. If you love films, the AFI Fest is just the thing for you. This year, the AFI Fest will be at select venues in Hollywood from November 10th through the 17th. Tickets for this event are now on sale.

During the AFI Fest, the world premiere of Disney’s Moana will be showcased. In addition, the world premiere of The Comedian will also take place. The Comedian stars actors such as Robert De Niro, Leslie Mann, Patti LuPone and Danny DeVito. There are also a number of short films that will be screened. Different categories include animated short films, global short films, festival favorites that have premiered around the world before making it to the AFI Fest, shorts from students from the AFI Conservatory, and documentary short films. Aside from short films, there will also be a number of feature length films being presented as well. See films from countries such as Australia, Chile, Canada, Bulgaria, Belgium, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Finland, France, Kenya, Mexico, Hungary, Poland and many more.

Tickets for individual screenings are available for purchase. If you are wanting to watch a number of films during the festival, consider purchasing a pass. Various packages are available online.
