This summer, take part in one of LA’s favorite traditions. Over in Santa Monica, once the sun sets, the fun begins! Enjoy the Twilight Concert series at the Santa Monica Pier where every Thursday night throughout the summer you can enjoy FREE concerts in a variety of different genres. This year is the 33rd annual 2017 Twilight Concert Series. Be part of the tradition and head over to the Santa Monica Pier this summer!


Santa Monica Pier is one of the most visited attractions in Southern California. This summer, come and see what the area has to offer where during the day you can enjoy the beach and all the attractions located on the pier. From dining options to fun carnival attractions on the pier, there is much to do. Once the sun goes down, stay a little longer for a FREE concert! The event kicks off on June 22nd where you can hear from neo soul and R&B artists, Khalid and Bibi Bourelly. On June 29th listen to some fun indie pop with Le Maitre and Coast Modern. On July 13th, feel the reggae beats with Marcia Griffiths and Jah9. On July 20th, you can rock out to Eric Burdon & The Animals, Mr. Elevator and Rusty’s EAC. Keep things kicking with Aussie performers on July 27th and listen to Miami Horror and Cleopold. On August 3rd, enjoy Americana roots music with Valerie June and Irma Thomas. As the end of summer approaches keep things hot with latin music from Mon Laferte and Buscabulla. The summer Twilight Concert series ends on August 17th with Indie Rock band Warpaint.


All concerts that take place during the Twilight Concert Series in Santa Monica take place at 7pm and end at 10pm. All concerts are also FREE! Due to the popularity of this event, it is suggested that you get here early if you want to get close to the action. For more information, click here.
