The Sassafras Saloon is best known for its impressive decor. It’s a bayou themed, Savannah-esque, old Western style saloon that truly delivers when it comes to making an impression. While this location is is classified as a bar, there is live music every night typically in the jazz and blues fashion. If you want to listen to live music in style while sipping on a hurricane, this is the place for you. You’ll find Sassafras located at 1233 N. Vine St.
For a unique experience unlike any other, head to Kulak’s Woodshed. This location offers an intimate experience as not only is it a live music venue, it’s also a recording studio. All shows are actually webcast live and seats 49 people. The venue specializes in singer/songwriter artists and is a great place for a date or a fun night out with friends. The venue also offers snacks, tea, coffee, soft drinks and is even pet friendly!
Located on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, the Roxy Theatre is a well known nightclub in the area that features live music. The venue is also elevated by the bar, which means even if you’re not right in front of the stage, you still have a pretty good view of the stage.
