1. The L.A. County Fair

This year, the fair will be hitting the Fairplex fairgrounds from September 1st through the 24th. At this year’s County Fair, don’t miss out on all the fun attractions, fairground games and more. Don’t forget to eat all the classic fair grub such as chicken and waffle on a stick, bacon wrapped baked potato, truffle gouda bacon fries, french toast bacon bombs and so much more! On weekdays, tickets are only $14 for adults and $8 for children ages 6-12.

2. Long Beach New Blues Festival

Want to listen to some tunes this Labor Day weekend? If so, enjoy the Long Beach New Blues Festival 2017. This annual event always brings soothing blues tunes to the guests that attend the festival. During the two day event, enjoy several different stages that will feature dozens of acts throughout the weekend. This year, the Long Beach New Blues Festival will take place September 2nd through the 3rd.

3. The Taste Sponsored by the Los Angeles Times

L.A.’s favorite food festival, is once again returning and taking place at the Paramount Pictures Studios. When you attend this event, you’ll have access to some of the best restaurants in the city. You’ll find eateries representing areas such as North Hollywood, Venice, Boyle Heights, Beverly Hills and more. During the festival weekend, September 1st through the 3rd, enjoy wine seminars, cooking demos, unbelievable food and more!

4. Chocolate Sundaes Comedy Show

Enjoy Labor Day with some laughs when you attend Chocolate Sundaes Comedy Show at the Laugh Factory! On Sunday, September 3rd, choose from three shows that will be held at 7pm, 9pm and a special 11pm showing as well.
